Dear users, there are few news about Google mail and Microsoft Online Services blocked/banned in certain countries.

To recover your SiswaMaiL password, please begin with these steps:

1. Visit Password Recovery Page.
2. Enter your IC / Passport Number.
3. Click Submit.

1. Account Settings: [username]@siswa.um.edu.my
2. Configuration via POP: Click here
3. Configuration via IMAP: Click here

For Users who face errors when using mail clients:

• Change your clients password in siswamail
• Click here to unlock your account
• Enter full siswamail address (username@siswa.um.edu.my)
• Try login in your mail client

CHANGES IN UMWIFI SETTING:

Please be informed that University of Malaya (UM) Wireless System in the main campus has changed its SSID:

• UM_WIFI_roam changed to UM-WiFi-Staff (staff access)
• WIFI_08_STUD changed to UM-WiFi-Student (student access)
